 The core of Rhythmic Gymnastics is flexibility and dance. Our program provides classes in everything from classical ballet to hip hop to contemptorary. Many dancers and ice skaters use our stretching program to improve their flexibility 

Martial Arts School of Survival 

Will Be On Santa's Got Talent Stage 

Saturday Dec 13th, 4:30pm - 5:30pm

We are a self defense program designed for children and adults of all ages. A mixture of Traditional Tang Soo Do and Jiu Jitsu can be studied throughout the School of Survival Dojo. Various other styles can be practiced along side seminars with exclusive VSK training, after school program, summer camps, and evening classes. Come on down!
